House Extension and interior works

Fergus was successful in winning the tender to build a large ground and first floor extension to our semi-detached property, as well as renovating the existing build. Once completed, the project increased the size of our property by 60%. Throughout the six month project, Fergus was professional, easy to deal with and had a “can-do” attitude. No matter what unexpected complications arose, Fergus was able to come up with a solution. He is a true perfectionist and we were impressed by his commitment to doing the job right and to a high standard. We are genuinely delighted with the finished product and our many visitors are very impressed. It is top quality and despite the scale of the work, we have had no subsequent issues or problems. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Fergus.

Contractor Works

Having worked with Fegan Construction, on a variety of domestic developments, over the past 3-4 years, ranging in scale from small attic conversions to large 2 storey extensions. I found the company to be extremely professional in all aspects of their work. All projects have been finished to a very high standard of workmanship and all have been completed on programme and to the agreed budget. Fegan Construction are very competent, take an active role and interest in the design and detailing of the projects and are pro-active in proposing alternative methods and solutions to problems arising on site.

Attic Conversion
